OPERA – Kwiatkowski i Wspólnicy Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna is a third member of the OPERA Group, next to OPERA TFI S.A. and OPERA Dom Maklerski Sp. z o.o. The Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) unanimously granted a broker’s licence for asset management services to OPERA Kwiatkowski i Wspólnicy SKA on 27 September 2007. OPERA Kwiatkowski i Wspólnicy SKA was the first limited joint-stock partnership licensed by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
The company is a specialty management operation which manages the asset portfolios of OPERA funds since 1 November 2007.
Asset management services are available above the investment threshold of PLN 5 million.
