In 1999-2000 worked for CAIB Investment Management as Financial Analyst. In 2000-2002 worked for Skarbiec Investment Management (formerly BRE Asset Management) as Financial Analyst and since March, 2002 acted as Advisory and Research Department Director.

In 2002-2003 Member of the Board at Navigo Consulting.

In 2003-2005 worked for Simon, Kucher & Partners Strategy & Marketing Consultants initially as Consultant in the Bonn office, and later as Proxy and Manager of the Warsaw office. Responsible for organization, finance and administration of the Warsaw unit, as well as overseeing sales and consulting projects.

In 2005-2007, as Proxy and Controlling Department Director at Hoesch Design, coordinated accounting, controlling and taxes, and supervised preparation and implementation of investment agreements, reorganization of information services, cost controlling and optimization of business processes.

Graduate in Finance and Banking Faculty in Warsaw School of Economics.
